If your site requires regular editing or you’d like to continually increase its search engine optimization or both, maintenance plans are the perfect purchase for you. Depending on the maintenance plan you purchase, you will have several options to choose from each month for what you actually get out of your purchase. 

 

With the purchase of a maintenance plan, we intend for you to sit back and watch your site grow in a content-related fashion or an SEO-related fashion depending on the current needs of your site. 

 

Maintenance Plan Descriptions

   1. Maintenance Plan (monthly plan)

Upon purchase of this plan, choose between 2 options per month. Your options include 1 minor content edit and 1 SEO adjustment.

   2. Maintenance Pro Plan (monthly plan)

Upon purchase of this plan, choose between 3 options per month. Your options include 2 minor content edits, 1 major content edit, and 2 SEO adjustments.​

   3. Gold Plan (yearly plan)

The Gold Plan is a 12 month subscription to the Maintenance Pro Plan. At the beginning of each month-long cycle, choose between the maintenance pro plan’s options: 2 minor content edits, 1 major content edit, and 2 SEO adjustments. Also, receive priority customer care!

 

**A “content edit” is any edit that alters the elements on your site. If a user’s visual experience is altered in any way i.e. text, images, and/or videos are altered, that would define a content edit.

 

**An SEO adjustment is a targeted strategy specific to your website with the intent to boost traffic to your site. 
 

The Process:

   1. Purchase the maintenance plan that best fits you

Choose between the three maintenance plans that

we offer based on your website’s needs.

​   2. Fill out the “Monthly Edit Selection Form” located at

   the bottom of the maintenance plans pages

Submitting this form notifies us what your intended

edits are that month. This can be changed later in

the month if we have not already completed your

first submission’s requests.

​   3. Work with us to make your edits 

If you select either minor or major edits, we will

contact you shortly after you submit your form to

confirm your intended edits. We will then edit the

site based on your feedback until the design is up to

your standards and you are ready to publish.

If you select SEO adjustments, we will contact you

shortly after you submit your form to inform you of

our intended SEO strategy. We will then edit the site

according to this strategy until the SEO adjustment is complete. Lastly, we will send you a monthly SEO wrap up with some information relevant to that month’s SEO adjustment.

   4. Monitor the site for the rest on the monthly period and evaluate the next month’s intended   

   edits/adjustments

Prepare to submit the next monthly edit selection form. The sooner you submit the form, the sooner your edits will be made.
